 Fair Practices and Equal Employment Opportunity Officer

In accordance with Federal and State Civil Rights laws and the Governor's Code of Fair Employment, the Maryland Cannabis Administration's Fair Practices and Equal Employment Opportunity (EE0) Officer's primary function is to ensure that all employees and applicants have equal access to opportunities of employment and that our offices are free of employment discrimination and retaliation.

The Fair Practices and EEO Officer is responsible for developing, monitoring, evaluating, and educating MCA staff on equal employment policies and opportunities. Thus, ensuring that all employees, applicants, and clients receive equal access and services in every area of their business lives.
