Quality Management Working Group

The Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA) is establishing a Quality Management Working Group to assess the existing compliance testing model in Maryland's cannabis market.

The goal of the working group is to determine an implementation strategy to transition the market to a risk-based manufacturing model based upon Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).  The working group will meet virtually on a monthly basis starting in January 2025 and consist of MCA stakeholders and staff.
