This presentation offers insights on how the MCA develops regulations. It walks through our policy lifecycle - from stakeholder engagement to initial drafting stage, refinement  to the formal public comment periods and final adoption - and provides guidance on how stakeholders can effectively share their feedback and inform the process. This webinar may be of specific interest to new licensees.
